Great hotel to stay in! The front desk people were very welcoming and polite. The room was very spacious, clean, and up to date. The breakfast in the morning was great where the receptionist gave their guests special attention as well. The restaurant food was very good as well. Highly recommend staying here specially if you are visiting the wineries since its only 20min drive from here.

Alberto was world class. He deserves serious recognition... Even though Expedia has a "No Refund" policy he helped me through in dealing with an unexpected family event and for that I'm extremely grateful. While I can't speak for the rooms or amenities because I unfortunately had to postpone the trip. I can absolutely tell this place cares. The moment we are able to do our trip we are coming here specifically because of the service and help provided by him and looking forward to it. Thank you again!

This was a first time The Preston House and Hotel restaurant and I must say it was great. The service and the food was top notch. Try the Carbonara. The wine cellar is a nice place for drinks. The Manager Jacob is always making sure all is ok..

Clean, comfortable. Art and decor is spot on. Staff was excellent, friendly and very accommodating. First time on the Island and if we return we will be staying here again. Five stars across the board. Didn't catch the concierge's name that was on Friday and Sunday but he's a great one... Thanks again.

We booked this hotel for a staycation. When we checked in, we were greeted with personal attention that made us feel like we were at a relatives house. The restaurant service was phenomenal, the food was perfectly cooked and perfectly portioned. We couldn’t get enough of the atmosphere, so we had some drinks at the bar afterwards. The bar was busy with a bridal party but the bartender was still efficient and attentive. Our room was immaculate, artsy and eclectic. This was such a cool vibe and experience, all in all. Highly recommended.
